            • Inventory Processing, Control, and Maintenance
              • Lead the inventory control process, including tracking and reporting on stock levels of telecommunications equipment and materials.
                • Develop and implement inventory control procedures to optimize accuracy and efficiency.
                  • Utilize inventory management systems to maintain accurate electronic records of all equipment and materials.
                    • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards.
                      • Supervise and lead Asset Recovery Team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
                        • Coordinate training for team members on inventory best practices and safety protocols.
                          • Collaborate with business development, operations, and testing teams to maintain equipment processing protocols and streamline processes.
                            • Communicate inventory status and issues to senior management and relevant departments in a timely manner.
                              • Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve inventory flow, reduce waste, and increase overall efficiency.
                                • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies in all inventory handling and storage activities.
                                  • Maintain an organized and safe working environment in all inventory processing areas.
                                    • Prepare regular inventory reports, analyzing trends and making recommendations for stock adjustments.
                                      • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to inventory control and maintenance.
                                        • Scrap Processing & Asset Recovery
                                          E-waste, short for electronic waste, refers to discarded electronic devices and equipment that are no longer functional, useful, or have been replaced by newer technology. We are committed to sustainability and innovation in the telecommunications industry. We aim to reduce environmental impact through responsible waste management practices, focusing on the proper handling and recycling of e-waste.
                                          • Ensure all e-waste management practices adhere to local, state, and federal environmental regulations.
                                            • Collaborate with certified e-waste recycling vendors and maintain relationships for e-waste services.
                                              • Identify, retrieve, and process inventoried equipment for asset recovery or order processing.
                                                • Track e-waste metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports on e-waste reduction progress and cost savings.
                                                  • Lead and train a team of asset recovery associates to ensure operational efficiency.
                                                    • Work with the entire operation to implement strategies for reducing waste and repurposing telecommunications-related e-waste.
                                                      • Work closely with IT, operations, procurement, and sustainability teams to streamline e-waste initiatives across the company.
