*Shift is Monday through Friday, 2:30pm to 11pmPosition Purpose: Supervise the production staff of the Mailing & Distribution Center to create mailings for health plans and other internal customers.

• Create and manage production processes and quality standards
• Create and maintain production schedule
• Advise on purchase of new equipment and mail piece design
• Maintain production machines
• Manage and train production staff
• Create and provide productivity reports and production cost analysisEducation/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years in a mailroom, warehouse, or manufacturing environment. Knowledge of USPS, mail piece design, technology of mail and print industry and associated software preferred. Previous experience as a lead in a functional area or managing cross functional teams on large scale projects. Supervisory experience highly preferred.Pay Range: $46,500.00 - $79,200.00 per yearCentene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.
