• Create and Manage Production Processes: Develop and implement production processes and quality standards to ensure efficient and effective mail production.
• Production Schedule Management: Create and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.
• Equipment and Design Advice: Advise on the purchase of new equipment and mail piece design to improve production efficiency and quality.
• Maintenance and Training: Maintain production machines and manage and train production staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
• Productivity and Cost Analysis: Create and provide productivity reports and production cost analysis to inform business decisions.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years in a mailroom, warehouse, or manufacturing environment. Knowledge of USPS, mail piece design, technology of mail and print industry and associated software preferred. Previous experience as a lead in a functional area or managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects. Supervisory experience highly preferred.Compensation:Pay range: $46,500.00 - $79,200.00 per year.
