Job PurposePerform basic warehouse functions while maintaining the integrity of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods, ensuring all quality and safety standards are met.Essential FunctionsIdentify pallet locations quickly and efficientlyPull product from locations accuratelyStage product for shipping/transfers utilizing company's enterprise resource planning (ERP) system---ut away product into storage locations accuratelyEnsure product is slotted correctly per assignmentFulfill orders/transfers accuratelyLoad outbound trailersSupport production needs by filling ingredient orders from production linesFully complete "Product Bin Transfer Log" and turn into Data EntryCommunicate information and any issues across shiftsPerform cycle countsOperate forklift safely and responsiblyComplete daily pre and post operation check of assigned forkliftAssist with general housekeeping duties in warehouseAssist other warehouse areas as neededComply with all food safety requirements, training, policies, and proceduresPerform other job-related duties as assignedQualifications (Education, Experience, Competencies)High School Diploma or equivalentWarehouse experience preferredForklift experience desiredGood verbal and written communication skills including legible handwritingDetail oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to think quickly and handle frequent changeSelf-motivated, goal oriented, and quality drivenAbility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as neededAn Equal Opportunity Employer.
