Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Service Desk Technician to
support federal customers remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Provide prompt and professional responses to users for
hardware/software issues
Document user interactions and troubleshooting steps in the
ticketing system
Perform account password administration and manage user
expectations regarding issue resolution
Required Qualifications and Education
High school diploma with preferably 1 year of experience in IT
support
Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust security
clearance
Understanding of Help Desk operations and technical phases of the
job
Experience with Windows technical skills and Microsoft Active
Directory
Must be flexible to work different shifts, including weekends and
holidays
