Job Description:
A company is looking for a Process Documentation Lead to manage
documentation and process improvements within banking
operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and organize professional resource documents for operational
needs
Collaborate with operational teams to implement process
improvements and troubleshoot issues
Create training materials and internal communications while
ensuring compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law,
Computer Science, or a related field
4 or more years of experience in banking operations with
involvement in development or improvement projects
2 or more years of supervisory or management experience
Experience with Lending and SharePoint is preferred
Knowledge of federal and state banking laws and regulations is
required
