Job Description:
A company is looking for a Virtual Outreach Specialist
(Healthcare Telesales) who is fluent in Arabic.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls and virtual outreach to educate patients
about services
Answer inbound calls from patients and provide guidance on
available support
Document interactions and maintain accurate records of outreach
activities
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED or higher
2+ years of experience in healthcare sales, direct marketing, or
customer service
Ability to build trust and rapport with seniors and patients
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be fluent in Arabic
