Buffalo Center Registered Dietitian Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at Buffalo Center, a leading provider of rehabilitation and skilled nursing care in Buffalo, New York. As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a critical role in ensuring the nutritional well-being of our residents, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans.Key Responsibilities:

• Nutrition Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of residents' nutritional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to ensure optimal nutritional outcomes.
• Dietary Management: Coordinate the procurement of nutrition support supplies and oral supplements, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality care.
• Education and Training: Educate residents, families, and staff on concepts of nutrition and diet modification, promoting a culture of wellness and empowerment.
• Quality Assurance: Routinely evaluate dietary care plans for effectiveness, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with facility policies and regulations.Requirements:

• Must be a Registered Dietitian with a degree in Nutrition or Dietetics.
• Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of applicable state and federal guidelines, with proficiency in EMR software and computer-based menu systems.
