Job Description:
A company is looking for a Consultant Lawyer - NDA specialist
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Negotiate investment-related NDAs, joinder agreements, and
non-reliance letters
Manage the entire contract process from initial review to document
execution
Collaborate with team members on fast-paced, high-volume
negotiations
Required Qualifications
Licensed to practice Law in the UK, Europe, USA, or Canada
5+ years of corporate/transactional law experience, either in-house
or private practice
Familiarity with asset managers, investment banks, or financial
services firms is preferable
Experience in independently negotiating investment-related NDAs
