Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Transformation Project Manager
for a temporary assignment focused on global payroll and BPO
transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project planning and create integrated project plans for
successful implementation
Collaborate with vendor partners to ensure project milestones and
deliverables are met
Monitor project status and communicate updates to HR leadership and
governance committees
Required Qualifications
Experience leading global HR transformation projects
Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile project management
methodologies
Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed organization
Experience with data analysis related to People KPIs and
reporting
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
simultaneously
