We are seeking a dedicated CNA Team Member to join our team at Buffalo Center, a 200-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility in Buffalo, NY. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of life for our residents.Job Responsibilities:

• Observation and Reporting: Observe residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse.
• Personal Hygiene: Assist with personal hygiene, including bed bath, shaving, and other essential tasks.
• Meal Preparation and Documentation: Set up meal trays and document food/fluid intake.
• Transportation and Mobility: Transport residents within the facility and maintain their mobility.
• Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of all residents and facility data.Requirements:
  • Teamwork: Must be able to work as a team member.
  • Certification: Successful completion of a CNA program and current NY State Certification.
