• Ratios: Normal Ratios for med/surg, Day and Eve 5:1, Nights 6 or 7:1.
• Stretch Ratios for Med/Surg Day/Eve 6:1
• Patient Diagnosis: cardiac and stroke.

  • Years of experience REQ: 1
  • First-timers accepted: Yes
  • Certs REQ: BLS
  • Is on-call REQ? No
  • Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units? Float to MS, ICU, ED. If staff float to ICU or ED it is to care for Med/Surg level patients or be helping hands. Will not practice outside of scope
  • Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48
  • Special Requirements: Tele required. Heparin protocols. Manage cardiac drips.

    • Weekend REQ: EOW
    • Open to accommodating block schedule? They will try but not guaranteed
    • RTO Restrictions: We will not allow more than 1 week RTO in a contract
    • No holiday RTO. The agency nurse will not work all holidays but we need to use our discretion on which holiday we will need the agency nurse to work
