Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to our patients in their homes in the Wellsville, NY area. As a Registered Nurse with Willcare, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop meaningful relationships with them and their families.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical services within the scope of practice and in accordance with the plan of care/service plan.
• Conduct clinical nursing assessments in accordance with federal and/or state program requirements.
• Ensure patient eligibility and medical necessity for services as defined by payer source and agency policy.
• Develop and revise individualized plans of care and/or service plans according to federal and/or state program requirements.Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in state of practice.
  • Current drivers license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
  • Current CPR certification required.Preferred Qualifications:
