Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: ICU RN Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: NIGHTS - 12HR: 3P-3A / 7P-7A ROTATION, weekends and holidays as needed; 36 or 48 hours per week Guaranteed Hours: Experience: License: Active NY License Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIH Must-Have: Flexibility according to the facility's schedule; Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility Job Description: - Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) - Monitor patient conditions and update care plans as necessary - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes - Administer medications and perform treatments according to physician orders - Document patient information accurately and maintain patient confidentiality - Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans for patients - Adapt to varying workload demands and complex clinical environments - Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and protocols - Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current in the ICU specialty field.
