  • Ratios: Normal Ratios for med/surg, Day and Eve 5:1, Nights 6 or 7:1.
  • Stretch Ratios for Med/Surg Day/Eve 6:1 Nights 9-10:1
  • We have PCT's on all units that do vital signs, blood glucose checks, EKG's and any sort of activity of daily living
  • We have an in-house phlebotomy team that does all peripheral lab draws nursing is responsible for PICC lines and central lines
  • Years of experience REQ: 1
  • First-timers accepted: Yes
  • Weekend REQ: EOW
  • Open to accommodating block schedule? They will try but not guaranteed
  • Patient Diagnosis: cardiovascular, wounds

        • Float to MS, ICU, ED. If staff float to ICU or ED it is to care for Med/Surg level patients or be helping hands. Will not practice outside of scope
