Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Medical Director,
Pharmacovigilance in Gastrointestinal and Inflammation.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee medical safety activities and processes for assigned
products
Manage signal detection and risk management activities for
compounds in development and marketed drugs
Lead cross-functional teams in benefit-risk assessments and
communicate safety information to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Medical Degree (MD) or internationally recognized equivalent,
ideally with an advanced degree
8+ years of experience in Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Research, or
Clinical Development
A minimum of 3 years of experience in people management
Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory agency requirements regarding
drug safety
Experience in a multi-disciplinary drug development environment
with international exposure
