SUMMARY We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to provide patient care within our Inpatient Chemical Dependency unit.

- LPN License in New York State
- Basic Life Support Certification RESPONSIBILITIES
  - Collaborate with medical team to promote and restore patient health
  - Administer medication and maintain accurate documentation
