A company is looking for a Senior Director of Email Marketing to
lead a global email marketing team and drive results through
sophisticated strategies and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a global email marketing team while
aligning strategies with business objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between
email marketing and broader business goals
Monitor and analyze email performance metrics to continuously
optimize strategy and campaign design
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant master's degree
preferred
8+ years of marketing experience, with 5+ years in people
management
5+ years of experience with enterprise-level Email Service Provider
systems
3+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM, including integration
with ESP systems
Advanced understanding of email platform configuration and data
analysis skills
