A company is looking for a Sr. Manager of Dispositions - Real
Estate.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a high transaction rate for finding buyers while ensuring
healthy margins
Oversee strategic investor outreach and pricing strategies for
deals
Manage the hiring and oversight of local disposition managers and
ensure a positive experience for buyers
Required Qualifications
5+ years of leadership experience in real estate or related
fields
Real estate experience is required, with wholesaling experience as
a plus
Proven ability to analyze data and drive business strategy
Experience in managing teams and closing deals
Adaptive to new ideas and able to thrive in a demanding
environment
