Key Responsibilities

strategies with business goals
Utilize data analytics to assess program effectiveness and make
data-driven recommendations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Operations,
or a related field
10+ years of experience in sales compensation, sales operations, or
financial analyst roles
Strong knowledge of compensation principles and incentive plan
design
Experience with sales incentives administrative processes
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
