A company is looking for an Organizational Change Management
Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Lead change management and communications for a large Identity,
Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) program
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key
stakeholders
Create change plans and documents to outline project expectations,
scope, schedule, and budget requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Experience with change management principles and methodologies
Recipient of a Change Management Certification via ACMP Qualified
Education Provider
Experience with Digital Transformation management principles
Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
