Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engineering Team Leader to manage
and lead a distributed team of engineers while also contributing to
coding tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of backend and frontend engineers, collaborating with
Product Managers and stakeholders
Work on building features, tools, APIs, and integrations for the
company's products
Balance hands-on coding with team leadership, conducting regular
1:1s and supporting team dynamics
Required Qualifications
Proven experience leading a team of engineers, including managing
career progression and salary reviews
Significant experience as a Backend Engineer, particularly with
Elixir and Postgres
Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively
Experience in transforming abstract concepts into functional
software
Curiosity and willingness to learn and develop professionally
