Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Data Platform Engineer to help mature their enterprise merchant-facing platform.

Key Responsibilities

Map unique data schemas and flows to current and future platform capabilities
Design and build systems to handle diverse data schemas with anti-corruption layers
Mentor teammates and contribute to a collaborative environment

Qualifications

8+ years in Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, or related fields
Proven experience with AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, Glue, etc.)
Hands-on experience with event-driven architecture and Kafka
Experience mentoring and guiding engineers
