The hourly wage is $29.87 per hour with an additional $0.20 per hour for each ASE certification. A $3,500 sign-on bonus* is also available. As a Gas and Diesel Mechanic, you will assist with preventive maintenance, safety inspections, and repairs on Ford Transits, Chevy Suburbans, and school buses. Qualifications include a valid driver's license, at least 5 years of diesel experience, and a mechanic's tool set. We provide ASE certification training and bonuses. Subject to DOT drug testing as a safety-sensitive employee.

  • Assist with preventive maintenance (PMs), safety inspections, and annual DOT maintenance inspections.
  • Diagnose and perform all phases of vehicle and equipment repair including brakes, suspensions, drivetrains, & transmissions.
  • Ensure work orders are completed accurately.
  • Assist with mobile emergency services.Qualifications:
    • Valid driver's license required; Willingness to obtain CDL while employed - We train
    • At least 5 years of diesel maintenance & repair experience or technical school education with some automotive experience.
    • Possess a mechanic's tool set
    • Willingness to participate in the ASE certification program. Training, testing, and bonuses are provided
    • Subject to DOT drug testing as a safety-sensitive employee. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including marijuana, for any reason.
