Job Description:

A company is looking for a Staff Engineer, Growth Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and architecture of scalable full-stack solutions
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams
Participate in product discovery to assess feasibility and define product features

Required Qualifications

12+ years of experience as a software engineer with production code
Proven experience in building scalable web applications and services in a cloud environment
Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Redis)
Experience in prioritizing multiple projects without management oversight
