Job Description:
A company is looking for a Support Engineer (IC2) to enhance
customer experience through technical support and product
improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve technical issues and educate customers about the
product
Contribute to product and documentation improvements
Identify trends in customer issues and suggest solutions
Required Qualifications
Experience with Unix/Linux and/or Bash
Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerized solutions
Knowledge of code hosting platforms such as GitHub, GitLab, and
BitBucket
Understanding of databases, especially SQL
Experience or training with Kubernetes or other container
orchestration frameworks
